ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE:
Deadline for submission of abstracts to be considered for oral presentation: January 18, 2026
Abstract acceptance notification (for oral presentation): January 20, 2026
All abstracts submitted after January 18, 2026 will only be considered for poster presentation. The final deadline for poster abstract submission is January 31, 2026.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
Presenters/Authors: February 12, 2026.
Participants: February 28, 2026.
Registration Fee Details
Standard Conference Fee: INR ₹ 17,000 + GST
The fee is intended for industry, research and academic professionals. The fee covers conference kit with abstract book, registration reception, coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner for all three conference days.
Student Conference Fee: INR ₹ 7,000 + GST
The discounted price is offered to encourage master’s and PhD students to participate. The fee covers conference kit with abstract book, registration reception, coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner for all three conference days.
